Estela Rotmistrovsky is the CEO of Manah Group, the Miami-based strategic firm connecting Latin American leaders and companies to the institutions, media, and opportunities of the U.S. market. She advises on high-level events and media relations across the United States and Latin America, and speaks on neuroleadership.
With more than twenty years in media and communications, she built her career across Paraguay, Argentina, and the United States before establishing her base in Miami. She leads Manah Group with a clear conviction: to be the bridge that clears the path for every Latino entrepreneur and leader determined to grow in the United States.
Her approach combines strategic judgment, cultural fluency, and a network built over two decades, placed in service of her clients’ standing in the U.S. market. She has further trained in leadership and strategy at Florida International University, and leads the firm from Miami in both Spanish and English.
