These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of Manah Group's membership programs, including the Individual/Professional and Corporate/Institutional tiers. By purchasing a membership, you agree to comply with these Terms in full.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Purchasing a membership constitutes express acceptance of these Terms and Manah Group's Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not register or use our services.

2. Nature of the Service

Manah Group memberships provide annual access to strategic, professional and corporate benefits, which include-depending on the selected tier-discounts, curated introductions, advisory sessions, press visibility, resources and opportunity alerts.

Manah Group may update, adjust or replace benefits while preserving an equivalent or superior value for members.

3. Membership Types and Benefits

3.1. Individual / Professional - USD 1,800 / Year

Designed for executives, spokespeople, consultants, academics and professionals.

Includes:

  • Discounts on exclusive events (U.S. & LATAM).
  • Pre-qualified initial introductions with key players in Florida.
  • One exclusive press feature in a partner outlet (EN/ES).
  • One quarterly advisory session (45').
  • Opportunity alerts (speaking, forums, alliances).
  • Access to premium templates and resources.
  • Priority in workshops and preferential pricing.
  • Exclusive Membership ID, certificate and welcome letter.

3.2. Corporate / Institutional - USD 4,200 / Year

Designed for governments, country-brand entities, corporations and international organizations.

Includes:

  • Discounts and reserved seating at exclusive events.
  • Selective introductions with Florida stakeholders.
  • One exclusive press feature (EN/ES) with spokesperson coordination.
  • Two annual advisory sessions (60').
  • Priority opportunity alerts.
  • Access for up to 3 team members to premium resources.
  • Priority in proposals, Miami agendas and service pricing.
  • Membership certificate.

4. Term and Renewal

  • Memberships are valid for 12 months from payment confirmation.
  • Renewal may be manual or automatic (if authorized by the member).
  • Prices may be updated annually; renewals follow the price in effect at the time of renewal.

5. Payments and Billing

  • All payments are non-refundable.
  • Full payment is required to activate the membership.
  • Manah Group is not responsible for bank fees, international charges or third-party costs.

6. Cancelations and Refunds

  • No refunds will be issued once a membership is activated.
  • Memberships cannot be paused or suspended.
  • If the member breaches these Terms, Manah Group may terminate access without refund.

7. Introductions and Opportunities

Introductions, strategic connections and speaking or partnership opportunities always depend on:

  • availability of third parties,
  • relevance of the member's profile,
  • institutional protocols.

Manah Group does not guarantee specific results or third-party commitments.

8. Member Obligations

Members agree to:

  • provide accurate information,
  • maintain confidentiality of materials provided,
  • represent themselves professionally,
  • engage respectfully with institutions and partners.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials, templates, documents and resources are the exclusive property of Manah Group. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.

10. Modifications to the Terms

Manah Group may update these Terms when necessary. The current version will always be available on our website.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any dispute shall be resolved in Miami-Dade County courts.
